Fast food Mediterranean cuisine Spanish cuisine offers dishes "homemade" Vegetarian dishes
Campero's is a family-run food truck serving camperos malaguenos – traditional Andalusian hot sandwiches – made from scratch using high-quality ingredients. It offers a unique and friendly fast-food experience, ideal for events and the tourist season.
Campero's is a family-run food truck serving Andalusian-inspired street food, centred around the campero malagueno, an iconic hot sandwich from southern Spain that is still relatively unknown in France. Generous and flavourful, the campero is made with crusty bread topped with fresh ingredients, cooked and assembled to order.
The menu features several campero recipes: chicken, bacon, beef, tuna, chorizo, shawarma, as well as a vegetarian option, which can be adapted to a vegan version. Each recipe is served with homemade or traditional sauces (ali-oli, brave, biggie, barbecue...), allowing everyone to personalise their dish.

In addition, Campero’s offers a selection of tapas and side dishes inspired by Spanish cuisine: patatas bravas, calamari a la malaguena, fried aubergines or peppers, mozzarella sticks, nuggets and chips. A range of hot and cold drinks completes the offering, providing a comprehensive dining experience suitable for all.

The menu is deliberately structured and streamlined to ensure:
Fast service,
Consistent quality,
And the ability to serve a large number of meals in a short space of time

Thanks to its mobile format, Campero’s provides catering for:
Tourist and cultural events
Local and community events
Festivals, markets and summer events
One-off or regular corporate catering.
