3 > Data Collected by the Tourist Office of the Sources du lac d’Annecy

In specific cases, we may collect data from legal entities:

Tourism professionals and associations: your position, company name, SIRET number, and bank account details (RIB).

Press officers (print and online): your position, company name, and email address.

The Tourist Office of the Sources du lac d’Annecy does not transfer your personal data outside the European Union.

We are committed to using your personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described below:

Your identification data, used with your consent for responding to inquiries, sending brochures, or sharing information about our offers and news, will be retained for up to 3 years from the date of collection or your last interaction.

Your banking data will be securely stored by the accounting department for 1 year for payment purposes.

After 3 or 1 year, we may contact you to ask whether you wish to continue receiving communications from us.

Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is the company COVATEAM.

9 > Changes and Updates to the Personal Data Protection Policy
In the event of a change or update, the revised policy will be published on the Tourist Office’s website www.sources-lac-annecy.com and will include the date of the last update.
