Activities for a summer with family or friends<\/strong><\/p>\n

One of the main activities you can try in La Sambuy is the summer sledge! By yourself or with someone else, hop on for an adventure with your hair in the wind, riding down the tracks in the middle of the trees and reliefs. A little trick: for a cheaper price, book several tours at once. You can buy your tickets at the tourist office of les Sources du lac d\u2019Annecy to gain some time!<\/p>\n

You can also enjoy the e-bike rental to ride down and explore the surrounding roads, and visit key locations of Les Sources du lac d\u2019Annecy, carefully selected by James, alias JIM La Sambuy, before returning where you started.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Put on your hiking shoes and discover hiking itineraries with various difficulty levels:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A family-friendly loop of 3 kilometers, with a 150 meters height difference, a 1h15 walk that takes you in the trees on the lower part of the mountain.<\/p>\n

La Combe has two more difficult hikes which will take you to a breathtaking 360 degrees panorama on lake Annecy, Massif des Bauges, and even Mont Blanc. Take a peak thanks to our webcam.<\/p>\n

Three other itineraries for advanced hikers from 10.2 to 15.6 kms of distance allow you to explore every corner of this beautiful mountain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Climbing and via-ferrata to try at a 1850 meters of altitude<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once you arrive at a 1850 meters of altitude, after a good hike, you can try the vertical activities waiting for you at the top.<\/p>\n

An easy natural climbing rock allows beginners to have a first approach of climbing in a stunning setting.<\/p>\n

The via-ferrata La Cord\u00e9e des Dahuts<\/a> is also for novices, for about an hour of adventure in La Combe de la Sambuy.<\/p>\n

Restaurants for a delicious visit<\/strong><\/p>\n

Have a break in one of the restaurants located at a 1150 meters of altitude, just at the starting point of the summer sledge tracks.<\/p>\n

You can sit at the terrace of L\u2019Avalanche<\/a>, where you will find a great selection of local specialties more or less known such as the \u201cfarcement\u201d or the \u201cmatouille\u201d but also salads, burgers and sweet snacks for a well-deserved break.<\/p>\n

After your beautiful hike, at a 1850 meters of altitude, treat yourself to a snack on the terrace of the Refuge L\u00e0-haut, which offers small meals in jars and cold or hot drinks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Shelters and refuges for an exceptional night<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nature lovers in search of peace and quiet, book your night at the Refuge L\u00e0-Haut or one of its Shelters (one-of-a-kind accommodation made from recycled shelters used during polar expeditions), and admire the sublime view in front of you. You\u2019ll never want to go back down!<\/p>\n
