Why did we choose this type of tour?<\/h2>\n

Since we wanted to provide a little deeper meaning to our vacation, this year we decided to mix it up a little bit. In addition, after having spent a lot of time at the far southern end of the lake in Sources du Lac d\u2019Annecy, we already know all about the multitude of activities to enjoy in the area.<\/p>\n

This time around, we were looking for something else, something different, and something to take us off the beaten path into another world.<\/p>\n

So we turned towards a new form of exploration and decided to meet the artisans, artists, growers, and producers and all of the busy locals who make the area such a vibrant destination all year round, and who enjoy taking the time to speak with visitors like us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

What part of this learning experience made the greatest impression on you?<\/h2>\n

We learned a lot and met so many interesting people. It was amazing.<\/p>\n

Now we better understand the rhythm of the seasons, the adaptation required, and the changes in the way of operating from one season to another. We spent time with Christian, watching him milk cows out in the fields, we visited Bernard\u2019s goat farm, and stocked up on cheese at Patricia\u2019s place. We also tasted so many delicious local specialties, and would like to take the time to specifically praise all of the products with the Sources du Lac d\u2019Annecy label, especially the goat rillettes and D\u00e9lice Savoyard, what a delicious experience!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
