Located in the mountain village of "Les Combes," above Faverges-Seythenex. The chalet has a total capacity of 24 beds, allowing you to enjoy birthdays, family reunions, gatherings with friends, or your vacation, and is well-suited for hosting groups of kids.

- 1st full floor: large living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, patio with barbecue. Vast yard and garden.
- 2nd floor: dormitory (14 people), 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms for 4 people and 1 for 2 people), bathrooms (3 showers, 2 sinks, 2 towel driers, 3 toilets and 1 private bathroom).
This Guest House has a government-issued license to legally host up to 21 minors (DDJS n°0742700497) and can host groups from camps, rec. centers, etc.
The 4 rooms, 2 group bathrooms, and 1 private bathroom allow groups the option of separating the kids, counselors, and bus driver. The girls' and boys' toilets are separate.
Three new chalets were built in 2018 (1 for 4-6 people and 2 for 6-10 people each).

- The La Sambuy alpine ski area has 10 runs and a 4-season alpine coaster.
