Spacious studio flat on the ground floor of our traditional chalet with an independent access, you get to enjoy a completely private space with no vis-à-vis at the heart of a large garden with meadow and shaded spot under 50 years old apple trees. The flat provides total comfort. With a 35 square metres surface, you have at your disposal a kitchen corner, gas hotplate, refrigerator, micro-wave oven, living room corner, convertible sofa, bedroom corner with a double bed, bathroom with a tub and a sunny patio with a view of the surrounding mountains. Rest, contemplation, hikes, bicycle rides, paragliding flights, skiing... to experience and share. At the crossing of the three mountain ranges, Bauges, Bornes, Aravis, 15 minutes from the closest ski resort, 2 wheels away from the bike path connecting Albertville to Annecy, beautiful lake Annecy, we welcome you with pleasure and passion in our beautiful region. We can put at your disposal bicycles (VTC), snowshoes, IGN maps for hikes. As we are both mountain guides, we can advise you on any hike and/or offer you guided outings.
