A 80m2 chalet built in 2018 next to the bigger chalet for groups, housing from 6 to 10 persons. Two bedrooms on the ground floor with double beds. A mezzanine with 1 bed that can be turned into two and 2 sofa beds. An equipped kitchen with ceramic glass cooktop, dishwasher. A patio with barbecue, garden furniture, deck chair and parasol. A living room with a convertible couch and TV. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine and storage. Numerous activities and places to discover nearby (only 5 km away) In the summer: - Tamié Abbey and Fort to taste the delicious cheese made by the monks and other local products, - Tamié acrofort (tree top adventure park) and Seythenex Cave and Waterfall to combine thrills with exceptional places to discover, - The 4 Seasons toboggan and the chairlift at La Sambuy ski resort to admire nature and the view of lake Annecy and Mont Blanc. - Faverges Castle Tower with its Butterfly and Insects museum. - Various hikes including a treasure hunt. - Rivers. - Cheese to purchase and taste in the surrounding farms. In the winter: - Val de Tamié Nordic skiing area: 27 km of marked Nordic trails (skating and classic) in the Bauges Natural Regional Park. Beginner area, 2 green beginner trails, 2 blue intermediate trails, 2 red and black advanced trails, a sledding area, and snowshoeing. Equipment rental available. - The La Sambuy alpine ski area has 10 runs and a 4-season toboggan on rails. And a lot more to do within a 10km radius: Lake Annecy, a swimming pool, ice-skating rink, movie theatre, bowling alley, canyoning , paragliding, pedalos... Une cuisine équipée avec plaques vitrocéramiques, réfrigérateur, four convertible et lave-vaisselle. Une terrasse avec barbecue, salon de jardin, transat et parasol.
